Shipping Costs: All orders are shipped free of charge.

Where We Ship: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. (Monday - Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time: Delivery takes 5-7 business days. (Monday - Friday)

Track & Trace: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow the status of your shipment.

Delays: Sometimes unexpected delays may occur, for example, due to busy periods at the carrier. We do our best to keep you informed.
